DiLiberto Speaking at Delaware Trial Lawyers Annual Convention

Personal Injury Section partner Rick DiLiberto is one of the presenters at the Delaware Trial Lawyers Annual Convention June 16-17 in Rehoboth Beach. Mr. DiLiberto is presenting with Superior Court Judge Mary M. Johnston on an “Ethics Update” to include topics such as avoiding ethical lapses when using social media; referral fees; and the Superior Court Bench-Bar Liaison Program. Other speakers include U. S. Senator Chris Coons, D-Del., Superior Court President Judge Jan R. Jurden and Judges M. Jane Brady, Jeffrey Clark and Paul Wallace.
