Young Conaway and the Bankruptcy Team Nominated For Global Restructuring Review Awards And Listed In The GRR 100

WILMINGTON - Young Conaway is pleased to announce that both the firm and the Bankruptcy team were recently nominated in two categories of the Global Restructuring Review Awards. The first award was for "Innovation in Cross-border Insolvency and Restructuring" in connection with our role in the Metinvest chapter 15 and related schemes of arrangement in the U.K. Metinvest is the largest mining operation in Ukraine. The reorganization took 2 years and involved $2.3 billion in debt. The firm was also short listed (as opposed to a specific deal) in the "Small or Regional Law Firm That Impressed" category.
