Anne Shea Gaze to be moderator at the 10th Annual Pargraph IV Disputes Conference

Anne Shea Gaza, Intellectual Property Partner, will be moderating a panel at the 10th Annual Paragraph IV Disputes Conference being held in New York City on April 25-April 27, 2016. The panel entitled, “A View from the U.S. District Court Bench” will include The Honorable Christopher J. Burke, (United States District Court for the District of Delaware) and other judges from New Jersey, Illinois and Texas.

The panelists will discuss active Paragraph IV litigation dockets and share their thoughts on some of the most pressing issues facing both patent holders and patent challengers.

The Paragraph IV Conference brings together patent attorneys and litigators (in-house and law firm) who represent brand name, generic and bio-pharmaceutical companies.
