Young Conaway Bankruptcy Section Winners of the 10th Annual M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards In Three Separate Categories

The M&A Advisor recently announced the winners of the 10th Annual M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards. Members of the Bankruptcy Section from Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP were honored for their work, along with the work of other restructuring professionals, in three categories: 

•Technology Deal of the Year (Allen Systems Group, Inc.); 

•Chapter 11 Reorganization of the Year Under $500MM (The Wet Seal, Inc.); and 

•Restructuring Deal of the Year Over $500MM to $1B (Specialty Products Holding Corp.).
