Norman M. Powell to speak at the ABA SOC Fall Leadership Meeting in Chicago

Wilmington, DE – Norman M. Powell will be participating in Success in Publishing, a panel discussion scheduled for Thursday, September 14th as part of the American Bar Association’s SOC Fall Leadership Meeting, “Moving Forward Through Innovation & Collaboration".

Panelists will share their success stories and consider issues relevant to the circulation of written materials digitally versus print. In addition, Mr. Powell will present remarks on the differing factors impacting the ABA Business Law Section’s publication of books and periodicals.

Mr. Powell is a partner in the Delaware law firm of Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP, where he provides guidance and renders opinions regarding all pertinent aspects of the laws governing Delaware entities, regardless of the jurisdiction governing the deal itself. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Publishing Oversight, the ABA Business Law Section’s Content Officer, and an ABA advisor to the Permanent Editorial Board on the UCC.
