Partner Sharon Zieg Speaking At DSBA, E-Discovery and Technology Law Section Event

On Thursday, October 15th from 2:00 pm until 5:15pm, the E-Discovery and Technology Law Section of the DSBA will be sponsoring a seminar entitled, "Managing E-Discovery Effectively: Meeting the Expectations of Your Clients and the Court". The seminar will take place at the Delaware State Bar Association, 405 N. King St., Suite 100, Wilmington, DE. A live webcast will also be available in Sussex County at Tunnell & Raysor, 30 E. Bankruptcy Partner Sharon Zieg will be participating on a panel discussing the ethical responsibilities of attorneys to the Court and their clients. She will be joined by Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster, Court of Chancery; President Judge Jan R. Jurden, Superior Court of Delaware; Magistrate Judge Christopher J. Burke, U.S. District Court, District of Delaware; and Peter B. Ladig, Esquire, Morris James LLP.
