Norman M. Powell To Be Faculty Member at the Commercial Lending Today Conference Sponsored by American Law Institute

Norman M. Powell has been asked to be a faculty member at the Commercial Lending Today Conference sponsored by the American Law Institute. The conference is scheduled from May 19, 2016 through May 20, 2016 and will be held in Chicago, IL. As part of the faculty, Norm will be presenting pending commentaries of the UCC Permanent Editorial Board addressing consignments, accounts financing, and payment intangibles.

The conference will also focus on commercial case law developments, some important bankruptcy cases, and the 2016 Model Intellectual Property Security Agreement as prepared by an ABA Business Law Section Task Force.
