William Bowser and Scott Holt Will Lead the SHRM Delaware State Council Workshop

On Thursday September 17th, Bill Bowser and Scott Holt will lead the SHRM Delaware State Council Workshop, "The NLRB's Election Rules and How to Develop a Comprehensive Labor Relations Strategy." The workshop will take place at the Clarion Hotel in New Castle, Delaware from 3:00 - 5:00 PM and will be followed by an evening of networking and hors d' oeuvres.
The workshop will provide attendees with a comprehensive update on the changes in the Labor Board Election Rules, background on current employee relations challenges, overview of effective proactive labor relations strategies, and detailed guidance on assessing and identifying particular areas of labor relations risk.
