Andrew is a graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he served as Lead Research Editor and Write-On Coordinator of the Temple Law Review, and as President of the Temple Federalist Society.
While in law school, Andrew interned for the Honorable R.M. Bumb, Judge of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and worked with Professor Rick Swedloff as a Research Assistant.
