Christian represents clients in corporate and commercial litigation throughout the Delaware state and federal court systems, including the Court of Chancery, Superior Court, Supreme Court, District Court, Court of Appeals and Bankruptcy Court, and has participated in some of the state’s highest-profile litigation, such as Hollinger and Disney.
He has litigated cases involving corporate governance disputes, dissident stockholder matters, takeover battles, going private transactions, valuation disputes, asset acquisitions, and federal securities claims, as well as complex contract and antitrust matters. Christian regularly advises clients, including boards of directors and special litigation committees, on matters relating to Delaware corporate law and state regulatory and administrative procedures and laws. He is a member of the Board of Bar Examiners of the Delaware Supreme Court and the Delaware Heritage Commission. Christian is Vice-Chair of the firm's Technology Committee, Co-Chair of the Litigation Support Committee, and a member of the firm's Associate and Billing & Collections Committees.
