Lauren is a graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was an Articles Editor of the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review, a Women’s Law Caucus "Big Sister," and the recipient of a Law Faculty Scholarship. She also worked as a teaching assistant in her second and third year of law school, assisting a different professor each year to teach Legal Research and Writing
As an undergraduate at Wesleyan University, Lauren earned a B.A. in History, and spent time as a Conservation Intern/Assistant at both the Wesleyan University Library and the Hagley Museum and Library.
Lauren served as an intern to the Honorable Kent A. Jordan, Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
