Recruiting and On Campus Interviews
Young Conaway participates in on-campus recruiting and resume solicitation programs at numerous law schools throughout the country.
Applications for Summer Associate positions are accepted from 2L students during fall recruitment and from 1L students after December 1 of the current year (in compliance with NALP guidelines). Given the competitive nature of recruitment for the Summer Program, and the limited opportunities available, Young Conaway encourages all applicants to reapply the following year if not initially selected for a position.
Applications for First-Year Associate positions are accepted from 3L students and judicial law clerks during fall recruitment.
