Lisa concentrates her practice in the area of Land Use law, and represents local, regional and national companies, utilities and municipalities in areas of redevelopment, zoning, site acquisition, infrastructure capacity, and code compliance. She has extensive experience with telecommunications approval issues, and appears regularly before governmental authorities in Delaware.
Lisa is also a certified mediator, and lectures and practices in the field of mediation and assisted negotiation. She has taught land use and commercial law at Widener University School of Law as an Adjunct Professor, and is a frequent speaker at seminars on land use and related topics.
On a pro bono basis, Lisa provides representation to a wide range of animal welfare, civil rights and other non-profit organizations.
