Nicholas Rohrer is a member of Young Conaway’s Corporate Counseling and Litigation Section. He practices primarily before the Court of Chancery, focusing on corporate litigation and complex commercial transactions. He is a graduate of Boston University School of Law in Boston, MA, where he was an editor of the Journal of Science & Technology Law. During law school, Nicholas worked in the Boston University Asylum and Human Rights Clinic representing asylum seekers before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Nicholas also worked in the Consumer Protection Division of the Office of Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley.

Nicholas completed his undergraduate studies at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, where he earned a B.A. in History.
