These laws include areas involving wrongful discharge, equal employment opportunity, trade secrets and covenants not to compete, executive compensation, wage and hour, privacy, disability, affirmative action, and the law involving collective action, strikes, unions, and collective bargaining.

Over the course of his career, Scott has been involved in hundreds of cases. His judicial and administrative experience includes trying cases in numerous federal and state venues and acting as lead trial counsel in dozens of adversarial proceedings, trials, major arbitrations, and administrative actions. Many of these cases have been precedent setting under Delaware and federal law. Scott also has extensive class and collective action experience and has successfully defended nationwide claims.
