With the exception of a 4-year period in the mid-1980's when he served as in-house general counsel for a Wilmington based company actively engaged in Delaware and Pennsylvania commercial real estate development, Bob has focused primarily in the areas of estate planning and estate administration, commercial real estate transactions, business planning and general representation of closely held business entities and their principals.
