Summer Associates - The Hiring Process
Hiring a summer associate is an investment by the firm.
It’s an investment in the firm’s future because our ongoing success relies on the talent of our people. It’s also our investment in you and your professional development.
Young Conaway views hiring summer associates as a long-term investment and seeks people we would like to keep beyond a season. Our basic criteria include strong academic credentials and outstanding writing and oratory skills.
We are also drawn to the interested and the interesting: diverse and involved individuals whose presence is felt in their communities, citizens who act with integrity, passion and commitment. And there’s always room for the quirky, creative and daring.
