Biography
Craig began private practice in 1989 and concentrates primarily in the commercial transactions area with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and the use of Delaware entities, including structuring complex commercial transactions and rendering legal opinions with respect to business entities, transactional issues, and tax matters. Craig is also a member of the committee of the Delaware State Bar Association responsible for proposing amendments to the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act, the Delaware Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act, and the Delaware Revised Uniform Partnership Act. He received his B.S.B.A. from Georgetown University and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. He is admitted to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania and before the United States Tax Court.
