Biography

Adam focuses his practice on commercial litigation in Delaware’s federal and state courts, bringing with him a broad range of experience to solve the unique issues that arise during the course of a case.  He utilizes his broad litigation experience to prepare and develop strategies that address his clients’ needs and ensure positive outcomes.  His general litigation skills permit him to actively handle patent, securities, and mass-tort cases. 

In law school, Adam served as the Senior Online Editor for The George Washington University Law School’s Business and Finance Law Review and as a Staff Editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Association Journal.  Additionally, Adam interned for both the United States Department of Justice and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
