Alex focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation, primarily in the Delaware Court of Chancery. He draws on his experience and passion for navigating complex corporate issues to effectively address clients’ needs.

Alex graduated from Cornell Law School in 2022. While in law school, he was an Articles Editor for the Cornell International Law Journal and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Mark G. Masler of the New York Supreme Court, Cortland County. Alex earned his B.A. in Political Science and Judaic Studies from Binghamton University.
