Biography
Amanda K. Pooler brings a broad range of corporate law experience to her clients’ challenges, whether inside or outside of a courtroom. She began her career as a law clerk to Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock III of the Delaware Court of Chancery, where she developed an avid interest in corporate and business law. Since then, she has counseled public and private companies and their boards of directors and officers on an array of topics, including mergers, busted deals, corporate restructurings, and governance disputes.
As a litigator, Amanda has represented clients in corporate law, commercial, bankruptcy, and securities fraud cases in courts around the country. She has experience litigating large, “bet the company” cases, as well as expedited and emergency matters. Drawing on her background as an English major, Amanda excels at crafting innovative arguments and in simplifying highly complex matters to be accessible to different audiences. Amanda is known for her “can do” attitude and for her talent for finding practical solutions to her clients’ problems.
Prior to joining the firm, Amanda worked for over a decade in the New York office of a major national law firm. While there, she was selected as a “Rising Star” in Business Litigation and Securities Litigation by Super Lawyers from 2019-2024.
