Anne Steadman focuses her practice on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Delaware Superior Court. Anne combines big picture perspective with a down to earth, practical approach to litigation. Anne represents a variety of corporate and commercial clients, from Fortune 500 companies to founders to small business owners.
Having clerked in Delaware Superior Court and interned in the Court of Chancery, Anne appreciates the uniqueness of Delaware practice and the importance of effective communication with the Court, with clients, and with adversaries. Anne combines tough advocacy with civility, judgment, and common sense.
In addition to her practice, Anne is active in the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association and serves as the co-editor in chief of Recent Developments in Business and Corporate Litigation.
