Biography

Catherine E. Lynch joined Young Conaway following her clerkship with the Honorable President Judge Jan R. Jurden. As a law clerk, Catherine obtained expertise in how judges receive and evaluate various oral and written motions. Catherine utilizes this experience to determine the viability of arguments and provide advice on how to proceed in cases.

With experience copy and content editing full-length manuscripts, Catherine provides a superior attention to detail and excellent written advocacy skills. Her induction into the Order of Barristers exhibits her prowess for oral advocacy in the courtroom. Catherine’s ability to effectively communicate with both the Court and her clients allows her to break down complex topics to provide winning arguments.
