Biography

Since joining Young Conaway, Colin has focused his practice on Intellectual Property Litigation, representing clients in intricate matters ranging from patent infringement to contract disputes. Colin’s interests in scientific and technological innovation allow him to better understand and represent the interests of his clients when faced with complex issues. Prior to joining the firm, Colin represented clients before the Delaware Superior Court and Maryland Federal Courts.

Colin graduated from Widener University Delaware Law School where he served as an Executive Articles Editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. Colin has published a number of articles, including his article published in Delaware Journal of Corporate Law regarding treatment of student loan debt under Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Plans. Colin’s experience on the Journal and in practice allow him to provide beneficial insights to his clients. Colin earned his B.A. from the University of Delaware.
