Biography
Daniel focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Before joining the firm, Daniel litigated stockholder class and derivative cases in the Delaware Court of Chancery and other jurisdictions throughout the country with a national securities firm.
Daniel graduated from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2019, where he served as an Online Articles Editor for the Villanova Law Review. During law school, Daniel interned at the Securities Exchange Commission and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Daniel earned his B.A. in political science from the University of Wisconsin in 2016.
