Assessing Patent Protections Afforded Under the Safe Harbor, American Conference Institute’s 2nd Annual Passport to Proficiency on the Essentials of Hatch-Waxman and BPCIA
Samantha G. Wilson of Young Conaway's Intellectual Property Litigation team will be speaking at the American Conference Institute’s 2nd Annual Passport to Proficiency on the Essentials of Hatch-Waxman and BPCIA. The Passport to Proficiency program provides attendees with the opportunity to immerse themselves in a weekly class for four weeks and emerge proficient in their understanding of industry trends in this area of law.
