Bankruptcy Partner M. Blake Cleary will be moderating the Fossil Fuel Industry Panel at AIRA's 33rd Annual Bankruptcy and Restructuring Conference on June 8th in Dallas, TX.
The panel plans to discuss a variety of case law developments and hot topics impacting oil, gas and coal restructurings, including recent strategies, rulings and issues relating to equity committees, rejection of midstream contracts, and valuation. Mr. Cleary will be joined by the Honorable Harlin D. Hale of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Texas; Jim Prince of Baker Botts; Charles R. Gibbs of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP; and Steve Sprenger of RSM US LLP.
