Best Practices in Arbitrations and with Special Discovery Masters

Young Conaway Corporate Litigation and Counseling Partner Ryan Newell will be participating in a panel discussion entitled, "Best Practices in Arbitrations and with Special Discovery Masters," on May 29th beginning at 1PM. The program is hosted by Wilmington University in partnership with the Delaware State Bar Association.
Attendees will learn how to assess a variety of arbitration contract clauses along with the preparations needed for a successful arbitration, including ethical considerations. The impact and use of a Special Discovery Master in arbitration of federal court claims will also be discussed.
