Beyond the Mission Statement, a unique look at Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Legal Community, Panel Discussion, Delaware State Bar Association

Diversity is here to stay and the Delaware State Bar Association is providing a unique opportunity to listen to and speak with the Diversity chairs and directors for the largest firms in Delaware:  Moderated by Connor Bifferato, the panel will include William Chapman (Potter Anderson & Corroon), Deborah Edwards (Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor), Marcos Ramos (Richards Layton & Finger), Tarik Haskins (Morris Nichols Arsht & Tunnell) and Brya Keilson (Morris James). Come hear how these firms are implementing DEI initiatives and the successes or struggles they are having in making diverse voices heard.
