Lessner, a partner in Young Conaway's Corporate Counseling and Litigation Section, will be participating in a panel discussion as part of Widener University School of Law's upcoming seminar entitled, The Intersection of Federal Bankruptcy and State Corporate Law. Mr. Lessner, along with Robert J. Stern, Jr., Esquire, The Honorable Kevin J. Carey and the Honorable J. Travis Laster, will focus on various business valuation issues.
