"COBRA Changes," Delaware Contractors Association

On April 15, 2009, Timothy J. Snyder, a partner in Young Conaway's Tax/Trusts & Estates and Benefits Section, will be speaking to members of the Delaware Contractors Association and their guests about employers' responsibilities under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act ("the Stimulus Bill"). The focus of Mr. Synder's presentation will be on compliance with the 65% COBRA premium subsidy provisions.
