Corporate Partner Katie McCormick Participating in Panel Discussion, Part of PLI's "Hot Issues in Executive Compensation"

Corporate Partner Katie McCormick will be participating in a panel discussion as part of an all day program sponsored by PLI on Friday, September 16, 2016. "Hot Issues in Executive Compensation," will provide in-house corporate counsel, private practitioners and service providers with legislative updates and ethical considerations for counseling boards, compensation committees, and companies on executive compensation packages.

Ms. McCormick will be joined by attorneys Charles M. Elson of the Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance and Arthur H. Kohn of Cleary Gottlieb at 1:30 pm for a panel entitled, "Avoiding Compensation Related Legal Actions." The panel plans to highlight the business judgment rule, developments in compensation related litigation, and various process matters.
