Cutting-Edge Delaware Practice, Panel, Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law

The Delaware Chapter of Villanova's Law Alumni Association will be hosting "Cutting-Edge Delaware Practice," on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM.  Attendees of this panel discussion will learn more about the precedent-setting matters that are filed in Delaware courts and how Villanova Law graduates can develop a sophisticated law practice in the state. Panelists include Villanova Law alumni:  Justice Collins J. Seitz, Jr. ’83, Supreme Court of Delaware; Judge Kevin J. Carey ’79, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Delaware; Tammy L. Mercer ’06, Partner, Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP; and Elizabeth S. Justison ’13, Associate, Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP.  The moderator of the panel will be Patricia O. Vella ’96, Partner, Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell .
