Delaware Case Law Update, 2022 LLC Institute hosted by the American Bar Association's LLCs, Partnerships, and Unincorporated Entities Committee

Corporate Litigation and Counseling Partner Emily Burton will be speaking at the 2022 LLC Institute on Thursday, November 10th at the Stetson Tampa Law Center, TPA – Eleazer Courtroom. She will be joined by Tarik J. Haskins of Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP.  Ms. Burton and Mr. Haskins will discuss recent LLC and partnership cases from Delaware on various topics of significance, including cases dealing with fiduciary duties, the implied covenant, dissolution, application of the void and voidable doctrine and cases illustrating issues arising in drafting operating agreements.
