Lengkeek, Partner and Chair of Young Conaway's Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury practice and President of Delaware ABOTA, will be speaking as part of the upcoming all-day program entitled "Discovery Best Practices," sponsored by Delaware ABOTA and the Delaware State Bar Association. 

Tim will discuss "Expert Discovery and Expert Deposition for Trial," along with panelists Joseph J. Rhoades, Rhoades & Morrow LLC and John D. Balaguer, Balaguer, Milewski, & Imbrogno.

About ABOTA

The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) is a national organization of trial lawyers and judges. Founded in 1958, ABOTA’s primary mission is the preservation and promotion of the right to a jury trial in civil matters as guaranteed by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
