On March 14, 2018, Corporate Partner Elena Norman will be participating in the 6th Annual Securities Litigation & Enforcement Institute. This all day event, sponsored by the New York City Bar, will provide a "comprehensive overview of recent trends, developments and cutting-edge issues in securities litigation and enforcement."
Ms. Norman will be speaking on a panel entitled, "Critical Issues in Shareholder Activism and M&A Litigation." She will be joined by Scott A. Barshay, Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP; Mark DiPaolo, General Counsel of Sarissa Capital Management LP; Michele Johnson, Latham & Watkins, LLP, and Martin Seidel, Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. The panel will be moderated by William Prickett, Seyfarth Shaw LLP.
