"Ethical Issues in the Use of Technology," The 27th Annual Rubenstein-Walsh Seminar on Professional Ethics and Professionalism 2022, Delaware State Bar Association

Ryan Newell, a partner in Young Conaway's Corporate Litigation and Counseling section, will be speaking at the upcoming 27th Annual Rubenstein-Walsh Seminar on Professional Ethics and Professionalism 2022 hosted by the Delaware State Bar Association. The half day seminar will be held virtually and is made up of five different sessions.   Mr. Newell will be co-presenting with Margaret (Molly) DiBianca, Member of Clark Hill PLC. Their program, "Ethical Issues in the Use of Technology," will focus on "Competence" as defined by Rule 1.1 of the Attorney Rules of Professional Conduct and how that rule applies to the Discovery process.
