Grossman and Thomas Speaking at 2018 Delaware Trust Conference

This afternoon, Partners Jerry Grossman and Vincent Thomas will be speaking at the 2018 Delaware Trust Conference hosted by the Delaware Bankers Association.

Mr. Grossman will be joined by Director Jordon Rosen of Belfint Lyons & Shuman, CPAs and attorney Bruce Tigani of Morris James LLP in an interactive split session entitled, "TCJA Enacted Section 199A – the Qualified Business Income (QBI) Deduction." The session begins at 2:15 PM.

Mr. Thomas is participating in a panel discussion at 1:00 PM entitled, "Promissory Notes, Loans, Guarantees, Pledges from Irrevocable Trusts – Directed vs Full Trustee."  He will be joined by Trisha W. Hall, Partner, Connolly Gallagher LLP, Charlotte K. Ray, Managing Director, JPMorgan, and Alexander J. Lyden-Horn, VP, Trust Counsel and Director of Personal Trust, WSFS Wealth – Christiana Trust.
