Joint Defense Groups: A Risk Benefit Analysis for the Hatch-Waxman Practitioner, Panelist, Paragraph IV Disputes Conference, American Conference Institute (ACI)
Intellectual Property Litigation Partner, Rob Vrana, will be participating in a panel discussion at the Paragraph IV Disputes Conference hosted by the American Conference Institute (ACI) on April 27, 2022 in New York City. The panel, entitled "Joint Defense Groups: A Risk Benefit Analysis for the Hatch-Waxman Practitioner," will discuss the benefits and detriments of joint defense groups in ANDA cases. They will share best practices on devising brand name strategies for addressing litigation with joint defense groups as well as ideas for minimizing risk by protecting joint legal interests resourcefully.
