Kara Hammond Coyle, Panelist at 14th Annual ABI Mid-Atlantic Bankruptcy Workshop
Bankruptcy Partner Kara Hammond Coyle will be participating in a panel discussion entitled, "Deconstructing the Order, Part II: Confirmation," as part of the 14th Annual ABI Mid-Atlantic Bankruptcy Workshop held in Hershey, Pennsylvania on Friday, August 3rd. The panelists will review examples of confirmation orders, from drafts to final order. Attendees will learn how inconsistent or vague language in these orders can cause misinterpretation and create frustration for counsel and bankruptcy judges alike.
Ms. Coyle will be joined on the panel by moderator, Marc S. Weinsweig of WeinsweigAdvisors LLC; Lucian Murley of Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP; Richard Schepacarter of the U.S. Department of Justice-Office of the U.S. Trustee; and the Hon. Eric L.
