Marty Lessner was joined by Andy Nussbaum (of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz) on February 12th, to lead a panel discussion at Harvard Law School for Professor John Coates’ Mergers and Acquisitions Law class. The class focused on preliminary deal agreements, standstill agreements, confidentiality agreements, “don’t ask/don’t waive” provisions, and fiduciary duties under Delaware law.
