Mary Dugan Participating in CCLD Panel at the Vincent A. Bifferato Superior Court Trial Practice Forum
Complex and Specialty Litigation Partner Mary Dugan will be participating in the CCLD panel at the Vincent A. Bifferato Superior Court Trial Practice Forum taking place this Friday, March 13th, from 2:30 to 4:30 PM. The program will be held at the Jury Services, Leonard L. Williams Justice Center, 500 N. King Street. Attendees will receive 2.0 hours of CLE credits, which includes 1.0 hours of Enhanced Ethics. There is no charge for this program.
"The Forum is presenting panels on the Complex Commercial Litigation Division (CCLD) and Multi-Party Litigation in Superior Court. Topics will include filing a case, case management, discovery, motion practice, representation of multi-party representation, drafting of engagement letters, joint defense agreements and more. The discussion will be lively and questions welcomed. The CCLD Panel will run from 2:30 until 3:50 and the Multi-Party Litigation Panel will run from 3:50 until 4:30."
