Anne Shea Gaza, Partner in Young Conaway's Intellectual Property Litigation Section, will be participating in a panel discussion at the upcoming American Bar Association's Annual Meeting in Boston, Massachusetts. The panel will highlight local counsels’ ideas on the best ways to manage multi-defendant NPE litigation, including innovative approaches such as early Markman hearings or stays of customer suits in favor of supplier DJ actions.
