On May 18th, Corporate partner Elena Norman will be participating in a Delaware State Bar Association CLE program entitled, Recent Developments in Delaware Corporate Law: Transactional and Litigation Perspectives. She will be speaking as a member of the Litigation panel. The panel is planning to address "the who, what, when, where and why of the Delaware Rapid Arbitration Act (“DRAA”), mediation in the Court of Chancery and developments in the settlement of representative litigation including guidance concerning disclosure-only settlements and the proper scope of releases."
Lewis Lazarus of Morris James LLP will be moderating the panel. Additional panelists include Christing Azar of Labaton Sucharow; Blake Rohrbacher of Richards Layton, and Vice Chancellor Slights, who has resolved business disputes as a judge, an arbitrator and a mediator.
This DSBA program will provide 4.0 hours of CLE for both PA and DE attorneys.
