Personal Injury Mediation 2022, Delaware State Bar Association Virtual Panel Discussion
Personal Injury Partner Rick DiLiberto is speaking at Delaware State Bar Association’s Mediation Training session on April 5, from 9:00 to 11:00 via Zoom. This course will be moderated by two experience mediators, and will have a panel of two plaintiffs’ attorneys, and two defense attorneys. The purpose of the seminar will be to give insight on topics that come up during mediation of a Superior Court Personal Injury Cases which may be unfamiliar to the mediation trainees.
