Rolin Bissell Leading Roundtable Discussion at the John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance

On Wednesday, March 28th beginning at 10:00 AM, the John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance and the ​Conference Board will co-host, "The Job of the Corporate Director: Perspectives of the Delaware Bench & Bar Roundtable."

As part of the roundtable, Corporate Partner Rolin Bissell will be leading a session from 11:15 AM to 12:00 PM entitled, "Director-Shareholder Engagement Expectations." Attendees will consider how directors should engage with shareholders on matters related to the company’s strategy, oversight and governance.

Mr. Bissell's roundtable session is one of four being hosted that day.  Other moderators include Pamela Tikellis, Of Counsel, Chimicles & Tikellis LLP; David Katz, Partner, Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz; and Chief Justice Myron Steele, Partner, Potter Anderson Corroon LLP; Former Chief Justice, Supreme Court of Delaware.
