Young Conaway's ​Corporate Counseling and Litigation Partner Rolin Bissell will be participating in a panel discussion today, June 30th, at The Golden State Of Governance Conference sponsored by the Society for Corporate Governance. The conference is taking place in San Francisco, CA.
This afternoon's session, entitled "Delaware Corporate Law Developments," will summarize Delaware's new case law as well as provide updates on private company litigation. The DGCL Blockchain will also be discussed.
