Sara Beth Kohut to Moderate Delaware State Bar Association CLE Panel, "Panama Papers, Tom Brady and the Good Wife, Oh My!, Recent Developments in Data Security and E-Discovery

Sara Beth Kohut will be moderating a panel discussion sponsored by the Delaware State Bar Association, entitled "As Seen on TV: Lessons on Ethics, Data Security and Technology Competence from TV and Movies" on November 9, 2016. Ms. Kohut will be joined by Christian Wright of the Delaware Department of Justice, Patricia Bartley Schwartz of the Office of Disciplinary Counsel, and Richard K. Herrmann, a Partner at Morris James.

The panelists will discuss attorney obligations regarding confidentiality and technology competence. They will also provide practical tips for securing client data.
