Tammy Mercer, Panelist, Delaware Case Law Update, ABA LLC Institute 2024

Tammy L. Mercer, Corporate Partner and current Chair of Young Conaway's Corporate Litigation and Counseling Section, will be participating in a panel discussion on Thursday, November 7th at the American Bar Association Business Law Section’s 2024 LLC Institute being held at the Stetson Tampa Law Center in Tampa FL.

The panel entitled, “Delaware Case Law Update,” will discuss recent LLC and partnership cases from Delaware on various topics of significance, including cases dealing with fiduciary duties, the implied covenant, choice of law provisions, transfer of interests and the rights of assignees, restrictive covenants and cases illustrating issues arising in drafting operating agreements. Ms. Mercer will be joined on the panel by Tarik J. Haskins (Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP, Wilmington, Delaware).

The 2024 LLC Institute is a three-day program which offers attendees a variety of CLE programs on the latest developments in LLCs, Partnerships and Unincorporated Law.
