Timothy Lengkeek, Panelist, Ethical Issues in Zoom Depositions, 26th Annual Rubenstein-Walsh Seminar on Ethics and Professionalism

Timothy E. Lengkeek, Chair and Partner of Young Conaway's Personal Injury Law practice, will be a panelist at the upcoming 26th Annual Rubenstein-Walsh Seminar on Ethics and Professionalism sponsored by the Delaware State Bar Association and the St. Thomas More Society.  This half-day virtual seminar will take place on Friday, February 12, 2021 beginning at 9:00 am and is focused on legal ethics in a pandemic. 

Mr. Lengkeek and panelists, The Honorable Kathaleen St. Jude McCormick, Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware; Reneta L. Green-Streett, Esquire, Morris James LLP; and Danielle K. Yearick, Esquire, Tybout, Redfearn & Pell will be discussing the Ethical Issues in Zoom Depositions.  The panel presentation will begin at 10:55 am.
